This Privacy Policy explains what information Angel Rodriguez (Loan Factory) collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
When you use the prequalification tool, you voluntarily provide self-reported information such as the city and county where you plan to buy, household size, gross monthly income, monthly debts, estimated FICO score range, available cash, veteran status, and interest in down payment assistance. When you request down payment assistance estimates, we also collect first-time homebuyer status, the expected property ZIP code, and an optional property address. If you choose to share contact details on the optional final step, we also collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you arrived through a Realtor's referral page and expressly agree to Realtor sharing, that Realtor receives only your name, potential loan programs, and estimated maximum purchase price through a secure, view-only portal. We do not pull your credit report and we do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or bank account information through this site.
How we use your information
Your responses are used to generate the loan estimates shown on the results page. If you provide contact information, Angel may follow up by phone, text, or email to discuss the loan programs that fit your situation, send a copy of your results, or answer questions. A referring Realtor may view the limited information described above only when you expressly choose to share with that Realtor. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Submitted information is stored on a secure backend accessible only to Angel and authorized administrators. When you consent to Realtor sharing, a separate limited copy is made available only to your referring Realtor through authenticated, view-only access. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use only the technical storage necessary to keep your wizard answers, language preference, and session state working in your browser.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site, including a hosting provider and an email delivery service used when you request that your results be emailed. These vendors process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults exploring home financing. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it. If you consented to Realtor sharing, you may stop that sharing at any time from your results page or the secure link in your confirmation email. Stopping Realtor sharing removes your identifying information from the Realtor Portal but does not delete information already shared with your loan originator. To make any other request, contact Angel using the information below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
